My 36th birthday celebration was held with learners of my former primary school. The Mduduzi Manana Foundation donated school shoes & uniforms to the majority of learners who hail from child-headed homes.
My 36th birthday message to our young entrepreneurs is for them to nourish and carve their own path, to associate with people who are smarter than them, to have a bit of perspiration and to conduct their businesses in the most ethical way possible.
We handed over grass cutting equipment to ten (10) unemployed youth from different sections of the township who are expected to start their own lawn mowing business.
This was the most fulfilling birthday, for giving is a fine thing if it’s meeting a gap where needs must be met but in the long term we owe it to ourselves to support people into helping themselves.
